Lead Generation & Conversion Dashboard

Analysis

Data Cleaning & Transformation

This project involved connecting to the data source—an Excel file—and performing necessary data cleaning and transformation steps, such as assigning appropriate data types, replacing values with more descriptive terms, renaming columns, and deriving new fields like year, month name, month number, and start of week from the date column.

DAX & Data Analysis

DAX measures were created to calculate total leads, total wins, and win rate. A parameter was also implemented to enable users to dynamically analyze the dashboard based on their selected metric.

Reporting  & Visualization

The metrics—Leads, Wins, and Win Rate—were visualized using card visuals. These metrics were also analyzed across different time periods and categories, such as lead origin and landing page.

Filtering and Interactivity

Slicers for Year and Month enable end users to filter the dashboard by time. A button allows users to select the metric they want to analyze. Additionally, a text slicer lets users search and filter the landing page ID table by entering landing page ID.
